The 3 ladies that work on the reception are very helpful and professional in what they do also the practice manager is also professional and approachable

Recently moved into the area and chose this doctors surgery as there was good reviews. I have a lot of ongoing health issues and I must say that I’m so pleased I chose this surgery. The girls in reception are very very helpful and friendly the man doctor is brilliant. When you go into the surgery it is obvious that reception are under alot of pressure. They are non stop on the phones in between dealing with patients but this does not stop them giving you great service. Well done all of you.

I recently visited the GP and I have to say sadly the worst GP ever . When you go in the receptionist are soo rude and make you feel very uncomfortable the way they treat you or should I say the way they don’t treat you . They keep talking to each other and ignore your presence. Even when they talk to you the way they talk it’s soo rude and unprofessional.
