    I'm not sure if these problems have only occurred since the surgery became part of Don Valley Health Care, but I have only used the surgery maybe 3 times since moving to the area 15 years ago. After queueing a few times and being disconnected, when I spoke to the Care Navigator who answered the phone, I was told I'd get a call back. One would assume that this means within a fairly short time frame, as no other info was given. I have since chased the call back to be told the actual process and the fact I'm on a waiting list for a consultation. Being on a waiting list is fine, this is the NHS after all, but being told this when i called first would have at the very least saved one call back into the surgery. The very act of interacting with the surgery is terrible. Their own site advise to sign up for the patient access system to allow online appointment bookings. Which doesn't work. There are constantly queues to call and speak to somebody. I'd hate to have to book an actual appointment.
