I have never had any problems what so ever staff always helpful and nothing to much trouble.Drs are professional but make you feel at ease and take the time to talk to you.I have been with the practi ce for many years and I hope for many .Tmore.Thank you for all your help and your patience

Went for an injection & was slightly apprehensive but needn't have worried. Staff were courteous and professional. Great practice.

I had my flu jab there this morning. The staff were really lovely. I was early so I was prepared to wait but I was seen straight away. The sister made sure that I had no current health problems that would stop me having it at this time. I felt like I was a real person to them, not just another arm to stick a needle in.

This practice delivers amazing service every time, front line team and the doctors, nothing is too much trouble, they show compassion and understanding, they truly are outstanding, thank you all.

Probably the best gp surgery in warrington by far. The level of professionalism care advice and support is truly remarkable. I've never had a bad experience there in the 5 years I've been with them. There amazing doctors they are very caring very thorough and wonderful people they truly are professionals at there job. The staff are amazing also very easy to talk to when on the phone very caring and such a joy to talk to. Thankyou them all i appreciate each and everyone there for what they have done for me over the years

Spoke to a lovely receptionist very helpful listened to me phone call of my doctor who I changed over to and actually listens and was amazing highly recommended thank you for your time and being so helpful

So helpful......rang and received a call from a doctor so quickly and discussed my situation, then got a a appointment the very next day with the doctor. So organised

I have found the Dr and staff to be very helpful, courteous and expert in their job. On this as well as on previous occasions I have been accommodated very quickly. Dr is very thorough in listening, keeping the notes and making sense of the scenario. A clever Dr who can quickly analyse the 360 assessment.

Amazing surgery, all staff from admin, nurses, doctors, practice manager are incredible!! They are supportive, caring efficient and put the patient first. Couldn't ask for better service, they constantly and consistently go above and beyond to support and help. O really incredibly grateful for this practice and it's staff!! Thank you so much!

Had an episode with a heart arrhythmia which my GP was aware of historically. I was fitted in kindly to havea face to face with him and so he could look atmy ecg trace and refer me to a cardiologist at spire north cheshire as i am luck to haveprivate health cover. Also had a full blood screening done in case i needed anti coagulant cover and the phlebotomist kindly agreed to do this also. I have said many times that this practice should be a benchmark for others to follow. From walking in and the kind reception staff to refeiving first class medical diagnosis from the GP,s and health professionals there.
