   On arriving in plenty of time for my appointment,I informed the receptionist of my arrival and waited my turn to be seen.several people came and went,I asked the receptionist when I would next be seen and she was very nondescript.eventually after waiting over an hour I was seen my the doctor who apologised profusely for the error and length of time kept waiting even though it did not seem overly busy. I was informed that my prescription would be sent to my local pharmacist,3 -4 hours later and went to collect my items,however they had no record of them.I tried persistently to find out where it was and I got was an automated message! Overall the clinic is very poor and needs updating and more accountability and assistance when assisting patients..3/10 rating ..
