    Ask my GP is a great system to communicate to our doctors without queuing anxiously, as you can read a book, do some housework and have a cup of tea while one waits, an enhancement to the phone system. The team from the reception to our doctors really caring and sensitive to our needs; our doctor today was thorough, unhurried, clear and amazingly thoughtful has done his utmost, above and beyond all my expectations. The outcome is v good and prompt, blood test, urine test within the hour, and my husband is now chatting to the mental health team discussing treatment plan.

    I have to seek help a few times via Ask my GP in the past years, and met quite an array of professionals in person or on the phone at Concord Medical Centre. The team work is incredible and I feel supported every time and that the doctors have my best interest at heart. Today, I was so happy that I was able to speak to a professional like Dr., she was so easy going and encouraging, I piled on her all my pent- up queries since our last appointment, so many questions, possibly unrelated, but she was able to explain and substantiate her yes, no, maybe and added more towards understanding my condition. I am grateful for her patience and with her expertise I was able to paint a clearer picture, a better understanding. She also explained about the scan coming, and advised further on some medication I am using. Well done and thank you, Concord Medical Centre
