I had to call the practice on two consecutive days and each time, the receptionist was empathic and helpful. I have always found the staff do their best to accommodate one's needs. And the clinical staff are similarly helpful.

All the staff at the surgery were kind and extremely helpful. At a point when I needed urgent treatment the whole team pulled together to provide a seamless system from start to finish. There was no such consideration as time. I needed urgent treatment and that was all that counted.

When we moved we had the the good fortune to live in the post code that led us to Charlton Hill surgery. We have always been treated with staff, medical and admin,in a positive and welcoming way. Over the nine years people have moved on but the ethos of the surgery has remained the same. Have nothing but praise for this practice.

Our 13 month old daughter was feeling unwell with a temperature, cough and heavy breathing. She had these symptoms for three days before we called the surgery. On the day we called, the surgery squeezed in an appointment to see our daughter, produced an initial diagnosis and informed us of the next steps. All the staff we very helpful and supportive. Much appreciated.

So glad that when we moved to this area that Charlton Hill surgery was able to accept us patients. We have always been very happy with all aspects of our care. The receptionists have always been helpful and accommodating as have the doctors and nurses. What more can you ask for when you have a medical problem? Understandably getting to speaking to someone on the phone can take time and getting appointments at this moment in time for non urgent matters isn’t the same as before covid . But that applies to all surgeries who are all operating under the same conditions.

My Mother is a patient and is 90 , I deal with all her communication with the surgery, but I live in Shropshire. When I call for help whether it’s for medication, help or guidance the reception team are so kind, efficient and always so supportive, their kindness towards me and my Mother is amazing. I always feel assured that my Mum is in fantastic hands. Living that far from Mum is hard, but her Surgery is brilliant.
