The surgery has been. Great looking after my dad , making sure he is OK with all his medical needs , reception are very helpful, all the medical staff are really nice and helpful, such a wonderful experience visiting the surgery

EConsult has changed to surgery opening times only which makes zero sense. It should be available at all times considering one can’t ever get an appointment anyway. I also received a text stating flu jabs available at pharmacy and to pop in so went same day of text and pharmacy had none and have no idea when they will be replenished. Pharmacy said it’s surgery’s fault. I don’t care who’s at fault. It’s disorganised and wasted my time. As a patient I feel I’m a hindrance when I should feel looked after and cared for.

I have received an excellent service from the nurses at this practice, the first nurse i visited in July went beyond my initial ailment and listened to another ailment i have and booked me in with another nurse within a couple of weeks, as a result this nurse was also diligent in her work and I am glad to say I am pain free, Thank you very much

I can no longer book a triage appointment with a GP on line. Call the Surgery at opening time and the lines are swamped. There doesn't appear to be an accessible GP service without visiting the Reception desk. Even then, who knows? What's going on?

After catching Covid and being quite poorly I have had excellent care from the Doctors and staff at the Charing Practice and I would like to say thank you.
