    !0 people in a queue waited 11/2 hours, I moved to position 6 pretty sure that was because 4 people dropped off not because a single call was answered. Rang on a second line just to check joined at position 8. No other options to chose from so you simply have to wait. Awful, awful service. Practice manager needs to address this.

    You can see the surgery has improved 100% all the staff are polite and could not be more helpful. More appointments available and also the option for pre-bookable such a massive improvement at the surgery and it look like things will only get better.

    The nurses are amazing people but other than that the service for booking is terrible, booking appointments is hard work especially for people who work full time. Told to ring at 8, to be on hold then when you get through there’s no appointments left. Told to start ringing a month in advance to be told i’m ringing up too early. Waited 3 weeks for a call back which I didn’t get, I had to ring them. After waiting a month for a call back told there are no nurses to see me at the whole GP and to go to a walk in centre, then told by the walk in to visit my GP! Finally get an appointment and it has been changed on me last minute which I now need to re-arrange with work when I specifically said I need to give work a weeks notice at least - again not ideal. Not one to complain and understand it’s difficult with added pressure on the NHS but still improvement really needs to be made with bookings

    Visited the surgery and collected travel vaccination form to filled in and submitted. After ca. 2 weeks someone called and advised that this service is not available. However, NHS is still offering this service. Due to delayed communication I have lost appointment with other pharmacies due to shortage of time. If this service is not offered by the surgery then why did they provide travel vaccination form? The surgery is discriminating to provide this service during holiday season. Overall, it is a nightmare to get someone from Chapelford surgery to talk about health issues.Very bad service provider.

    Where do I begin ... well to get an appointment is nigh on impossible. The staff are extremely unhelpful, rude and arrogant when it comes to trying to get an appointment. On the very very rare chance of getting an appointment the doctor you will see is a Locum lottery! Since they moved from the Porta Cabins and the regular GPS left they don't seem to be able to retain GPs. This once fantastic practice is now a danger to people's health and safety. The are not delivering a competent and capable service.

    Tried to call and cancel an appointment 3 times today. Had to eventually wait over 35 mins to get the call answered to tell them but the appointment had been and gone. Ridiculous that you can't e-mail this surgery. The only way to contact is by phone and they obviously think that it is acceptable to be on then phone for over 30 minutes - we all have jobs etc to do. Getting worse.

    I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days for my daughter following a hospital visit, spending 40 minutes everyday to be told there are no appointments. I was also told to email, but then told that it wasn’t read as the person was ‘working from home’. Our only option now is to try a walk-in or A&E, which is completely wrong as they are busy enough!

    I eventually got to see a GP and was referred to a consultant. I have BUPA cover so a private referral was made. BUPA sent a form for the doctor to complete but the ever helpful receptionist stated that as the GPS are locus, they are not able to complete the form. Why refer me in the first place? I asked what I should do but got little help of any use. This practice was so much better when it was a couple of portacabins a few years ago.
