    The system for appointments is that you call in on the day at 8.00am and book an appointment. If you call at exactly 8.00am you somehow end up in a queue above 30. You then wait 2 hours for an appointment for a sick baby and they finally pick up and tell you they have no appointments left so try again the next day. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous, the stress I feel when I need to book an appointment for one of my children is unreal. If I had the option of going to another GP surgery I wouldn’t hesitate. Something needs to change. Your booking system doesn’t make sense! Fix it!

    The appointment policy for this GP is to call at 8 am. See below: 1- if you call at 08:00 am, there will a voice saying all appointment are taken. 2- if you call at 08:00 am, you are 9 in the queue, you wait one hour, then the staff will tell you there no appointment. Even if you call everyday. 3- if you call at 08:00 am, you are 25 in the queue, you wait one hour and 25 minutes, then the staff will tell you there no appointment. Even if you call everyday. 4- CQC or CCG should be aware of this surgery, Mon to Friday they have no appointment??? Where the appointment are given to??? 5- If you have antidepressants medication and you want the doctor to review it, they don't care and Don't give you appointment and tell you to stop the medication suddenly!!??? 6- If you have any health issues, conditions, problems, you hesitate to call them, because you wait for so long on the phone and they will tell you there is no appointment. 7- if you Don't trust me, register with them and call them at 8 am and see thier response. It's one of the most worst GP ever ever seen in the UK. Be very careful before you decide to register your interest with them. Worst worst worst worst worst ever ever ever ever seen in the UK

    hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the difficulty I've encountered in attempting to reach your practice via phone. Over the past 2 months, I have made several attempts to contact your practice for various reasons, including scheduling appointments and seeking medical advice. Unfortunately, I have consistently faced challenges in reaching a member of your staff. Calls often go unanswered, and when they are answered, the wait times are excessively long, leading to frustration and inconvenience. and no appointment availability As a patient, prompt access to healthcare services, including the ability to communicate with my GP practice, is crucial for my peace of mind and wellbeing. The current situation has left me feeling unsupported and uncertain about the level of care I can expect from this practice. especially, I have fatty liver disease and mental health, my daughter was born with a syndrome, and there was no appointment for her either. I understand that managing a busy practice can be challenging, particularly in light of the ongoing pressures on healthcare services. However, I believe that effective communication channels are fundamental to providing quality care to patients. In light of these difficulties, I would like to suggest exploring solutions to improve phone accessibility, such as implementing a call-back system for non-urgent inquiries or increasing staffing during peak call times. I hope that you will consider this feedback seriously and take steps to address the issue promptly. Improved phone accessibility would undoubtedly enhance the patient experience and ensure that patients like myself feel valued and supported by your practice. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps being taken to improve phone accessibility at Castleton Road Health Centre.

    They changed the e consult to telephone appointments and no body picks up, I sit at the phone for an hour and my conditions could be serious but for all I know, I am ignored. They said they want to cater the older population but what about younger population - unfortunately not all of us are privileged of being healthy…
