    I am out of the country a lot but desperately tried to get an appointment on my last visit. I had to explain a delicate and embarrassing situation over ask my GP. The response was of no help whatsoever I almost felt like I was getting an answer from their cleaner. I tried again and apparently had 2 calls from a nurse and because I was unable to answer the case has apparently been resolved an I am back to square one. God help the NHS.

    The messages allowed me to gain access to appropriate treatment swiftly and conveniently. The telephone consultation gave all the info I needed. Very good service!!

    Booked in for a routine injection, the practice nurse took the time to chat, explain every aspect of what was involved but then asked about ME. The personal care, interest and positive follow-up was “above and beyond”. Could not have asked or expected more. Not often you leave a surgery feeling like a VIP!

    My concerns were delt with fast and professionally from my first message on MY GP then continued through to seeing a doctor and after care. Very good service.
