    In every way this is an outstanding practice; patient and helpful reception; knowledgeable ,experienced docs.who go the extra mile and above all ensure that all patients are helped quickly and courteously. As one who has a frequent flier card there,I have never had any doubt going there and am always thankful for their help and patience.

    We were contacted at 1940 last week, and asked to do a stool test. This came back as a positive, and we got a prescription today. Things have really sharpened up. Perhaps someone should find out what has changed.

    I would like to say that myself and my husband are extremely grateful for the health service that we received at Bungay Medical Practice! From the reception team to the nurses and GPs they all have an empathic and professional approach toward patients. Thank you all for your support.

    I rung up lunch time hoping to speak to a doctor this afternoon, and I did the doctor was very kind understanding and courteous. I explained my symptoms over the phone which I really would like to see a doctor face to face as they can't see your face expression. So I told the doctor how I was feeling and what has happened and I can pick up up my medication tomorrow. And then I get another phone call and it was the receptionist and telling me what I need to pick up as I have a test done just rule out of a few things. So thankyou bungay medical practice you do a fab job and the receptionist staff are always very polite.

    Phoned at 8am this morning. Automated service said "very busy please call back". Repeated several times. Eventually my call was put in a queue. When answered I was told all appointments were taken - call back tomorrow. I explained I had been calling since 8am. The receptionist simply repeated over and over "call back 8am tomorrow". She didn't even ask what the problem was or if it was an emergency. She simply wanted me off the phone asap. This experience is not untypical. It would seem the level of help depends on who takes the call.

    Bungay medical practice is one of the best practice I've ever been to.the staff at the practice are very nice, polite and very helpful and also very caring that's from the staff at desk as you go in, to nurses and doctors you meet.

    Called the medical practice in the morning got a telephone appointment for the afternoon. I’m on HRT but having some issues with the one I have been using. I have been doing some research on HRT and wanted to discuss this with the GP. The GP called we had a discussion about why I thought the HRT I was on wasn’t working and the information I had gathered as to which one I thought maybe better suited to me. GP listened checked my history to check that there was nothing that prevented me from changing. We discussed the strength Sorted out a new prescription and said to give the new HRT a go then we could review in 3 months. I thanked the GP for being so great as so many women are having issues with getting HRT from their GP. Just thought it would be nice to write a post of praise as so thankful to be at a great GP practice.
