During difficult times for any surgery during busy times I found the response to online requests excellent and was able to get an appointment with the doctor. Brilliant service

Getting a blood test was well organized. Few people in the waiting area and seen on time. While staff are busy, I did not feel i was being rushed. Re following question: I avoid using the phone if at all possible.(use online account) When I get a message to phone it is very difficult to get through. A 'return call' option would be good
