    I had a blood test back in October, the nurse said they will ring when results are back surprise surprise still waiting after two and a half weeks later, Utter shambles.

    One word : appalling. On hold for over 90 minutes and still counting. Impossible to get through and if you try to visit, they tell you no appointments are available. Complete waste of time

    There is no shortage of information on how to register for repeat prescriptions online. The difficulty is actually in placing the order. The pathway for doing this needs to be consistent. It is often difficult, sometimes impossible to find.

    I have no idea if this surgery is any good or not. I've spent the last 3 months trying to arrange an appointment. They dont answer the phones, won't accept bookings when I visit in person. Online bookings have very limited scope. Typically blood tests only, anything made outside of this gets cancelled. Doctor link seems to be a waste of time. For whatever reason they are unable to message back to arrange an appointment, instead they just call randomly. Due to work I am pretty much unable to take non arranged calls. If I then try to return the call, I can't get a reply. I don't know why it's so hard to simply send a message in the 21st century. I'm sure things were much easier in the days of carrier pigeons.

    Trying to get results of blood tests, with no success have have twice been on the phone for over an hour eventually I hung up to avoid heavy charges , do you not have enough staff? I am eighty two , and feel that the only way to be heard is to come and die on your doorstep!!!!! it is very sad, as your practice used to have such an excellent reputation, we can’t “vote with our feet” as there is no alternative, pretty depressing.

    I was traveling and found I'd miscounted one of my medications and would run out before being able to return home (and this was not a medicine one could stop suddenly without risk). I came to the clinic and was greeted by the staff with kindness and understanding of my plight. Even though it was late in the day, one of the practitioners saw me, reviewed my history and medication profile efficiently and respectfully and then ordered a limited refill of my medicine. At every step along the way, I felt the entire care team at the centre was acting in my interest, and all were friendly and helpful throughout my time there. My thanks to the entire team!

    Struggled to get seen by a doctor but when I finally got to see one he had to pop out so I seen a nurse. Told I would get a telephone call from the doctor but they booked a face to face and didn't tell me so I missed that. Took over a week to be seen again. Very poor communication. I Went down to collect my daughters prescription today but was told they sent it to westbury and asked me to pick it up from there🤣 the women on the prescription desk wouldn't let me explain the situation just kept butting in and talking over me on top of that getting everything wrong . Only if she let me talk. I ended up leaving without mine and my daughter prescription. People skills don't seem to exist at this place

    Can't contact the practice by phone, visited to make an appointment . Receptionist told me I couldn't make an appointment in person. I was promised a phone call to discuss releasing medical records, still waiting both for call and records. Frankly, I'd rather be sick than try again

    Having heard many a negative review on social media about contacting the surgery for appointments, we were nervous when we finally needed to contact the surgery urgently for our unwell little boy. It did take an hour to get through on first contact but he was seen within 30 minutes in person by one of the doctors, who promptly dealt with his problem. On the advice of the doctor we contacted again a couple of days later when things hadn’t improved as they had hoped. I was able to make a further appointment on the day by telephone, this was not a long wait in the queue by phone. I received a call from a doctor who invited us to be reviewed again in person. Unfortunately later in the day things became worse and I contacted the surgery again by phone, the receptionist kindly arranged a further call from the same doctor who requested for another review in person that evening. We were met with helpful respect by all the reception staff at each contact and the doctors who reviewed our son were kind and reassuring and we are pleased that he is now back on the mend! It really demonstrated to us that the surgery are able to deal with problems promptly and effectively when needed. For previous contacts, I have had no issues with using dr link and online access to arrange routine reviews. Thank you!

    I've given up trying to make an appointment by phone and, since you can't make one in person - face to face at the surgery - I've given up trying to get medical advice.
