It was quite busy but the person taking my blood test was very kind with a relaxing nature. I have a fear of needles (sometimes I faint during blood tests) and they did not make me feel like an inconvenience and made all the appropriate accommodations. I did not faint and left feeling happy thanks to the warm demeanour of the person taking the test. Thank you

Went there on Sunday morning. We were turned down, they could not help us but they told us to get an appointment on 111. We call and after a very extensive questionnaire, a GP call us within 15 min. He gave my son an appointment for 1 pm, we waited about 10 min but that is nothing compared to what you hear on TV (we were prepared for hours). We got a diagnosis, prescription etc and we were back home by 2:30 pm All the NHS staff is kind, caring and they do their best. They deserve all our respect and we are grateful. If we have not seen the doctor on the day my son will probably have had developed sepsis.

Generally always had a great experience here. Cannot fault the medical staff. However if you get a same day short notice appointment from your GP be aware you still may not get seen. I had 15 min to get there I arrived 2 mins before my appointment but the receptionist was chatting about her personal non medical stuff about her to others which meant I was 12 mins late for my appointment and they wouldn’t see me. She said she didn’t see I was waiting, there was a whole queue behind me and I was in view when she was talking to the other people. Wasted journey and now I can’t be seen. They need more reception staff.

I called 111 after my 2 year old had an urine infection. They picked up within 5 minutes, on call Dr called within the hour, my daughter was seen that morning at bracknell healthspace, the lovely security guard helped me carry my double pram up the stairs and the Dr saw me on time and was friendly. The receptionist was friendly and showed me the way out using another lift. I feel lucky we have a local health centre. Although it was not busy and may not be a smooth service for wveryone,i feel lucky to have a local health centre and nhs.

Went in with a suspected stress fracture, after suffering increasing pain in my ankle for weeks that has led to me not being able to walk. Waited an hour to be told that they would not x-ray any injury that started more than 2 weeks ago, without even listening to anything else I had to say. All information given was extremely unhelpful and for the most part, completely incorrect. Wouldn't recommend that anyone wastes their time going here.

I was sent here by 111 for help with a minor injury over the weekend that needed medical attention. The receptionist was very friendly and had agreed with 111 that I would be accepted and remembered the conversation when I arrived. I was seen and treated within 45 minutes and on my way home. Fantastic service from the start with 111 to being treated here.

Got seen by one of the doctor (working for Bracknell Urgent care) at the A&E Wexham Park Hospital and he me promised that he will send my discharge report to the GP, and advised me that I needed the Urine test, went to my GP but found that my discharge note was not sent. Without it my GP refused to send mg urine sample to the lab further investigation. I called back to to the Bracknell urgent centre multiple times and they promised me again they will send the discharge note to my GP but they never did. My GP even provided them their email address. Very disappointing experience!

Arrived on a Saturday with my wife who had fallen and broken her arm. Place was deserted and a grumpy receptionist told us to wait to see a nurse. The nurse then told us their x-ray machine wasn’t working and she didn’t have morphine so couldn’t manipulate the arm - so she sent us to A&E at Frimley. We wasted £50 on a taxi there and back. What kind of “ Urgent Care” place is this?? It feels like they are not interested and just want to pass the buck onto another part of the NHS.

Visited on Monday evening with potential broken/fractured finger. Free parking! Superb reception, triage, X-ray, reviewed and survey complete all within 45 minutes. Calm relaxing caring empathetic environment, brilliantly designed facility. Bracknell Forest should be proud, every Borough should see this facility in action.

I had a nurse look at my son. She was just amazing! Patient and understanding. She used makaton and really engaged with my son who finds it stressful. She took her time and was just such a great nurse. I can’t tell you how great she was. Such a breathe of fresh air. Thank you for making my visit a calm and easy one.
