During my recent visit to Bodey Medical Centre for a blood test, I was impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the staff. The person conducting the test was sweet and kind, making the process quick and efficient. I was welcomed with a smile, which immediately created a calm environment. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the excellent care provided by the staff at Bodey Medical Centre.

Very positive experience, from registering, sorting out my medication to getting an appointment and the actual appointment. The GP I had an appointment with was reassuring and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I have never experienced such superb attention to detail and extremely high level and reassuring level of service. Serious health issues were detected within 14 days of first appointments and referals by these excellent staff in all positions at Bodey Surgery. I had serious and Moderately life threatening issues which previous surgeries had totally failed to identify. Bodey oozes professionalism and inspires confidence in every action and communication they make with the patient. Their web appointments set up is very impressive, and clearly maximises the use of budget and resources by streamlining requests into their various levels of urgency and not so urgent. Like all surgeries, telephone lines are extremely busy, and it is appreciated that not all patients are comfortable with website form appointments process, and need to use the telephone. Bodey Doctors, Nurses, Management and staff have been above and beyond expectations on every contact. I re- iterate, their attention to detail is superb.

After surgery for an Aortic Aneurysm I was passed on to Bodey surgery for continuing care. For the first month I felt very overlooked and neglected. Unbeknown to me I had also developed anaemia which caused complete exhaustion. I continued to decline and it was only by chance that a different doctor took over my case and from day one she has proved to be outstanding. All my problems were dealt with efficiently and speedily and all my worries addressed compassionately. I have been making excellent progress since that point and am feeling almost back to normal. I met my new doctor face to face for the first time today and expressed my gratitude for her excellent support during the last two months. I really can't thank her enough.

My wife and I have been with the Bodey Medical Centre for some 45 years. It is a model of a first-class GP surgery. On every count it is excellent. All members of the practice are invariably helpful, professional, cheerful, and kind. We can always get a consultation, whether by phone or in person, on the same day. If all practices were as good as Bodey there would, indeed, be a world-beating system.

My wife and I have been with this practice for 11 years. We have experienced the best GP care we've ever had during this period. It's easy and efficient to make an appointment. All the GP's, practice nurses and admin staff are excellent.
