  1. Review titled Where do I begin

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 23 February 2023

I have been having immense pains and been put on too many medication for my age. I was told I would get a call back, however the GP didn’t even bother calling me back when I’ve been advised to ensure I book appointments to discuss separate matters. This is the cherry on top for me and there is so much going on with my health I feel that I am getting nowhere. This has happened twice in a space of a week and I am fed up. I have had to take sick leave from my workplace, due to my bad health at the moment. I feel as though the GPs just care about the amount of time spent on the call than the patient’s issues itself. It is pathetic and beyond a joke at this point. I have tried to call this morning at 8am sharp and was still stuck on caller 10, 1 hour 5 minutes in. I have no choice but to resort to 111 for advise on my pains and get referred back for consultation. I am beyond fed up. This is my health being put at risk.

  2. Review titled Awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

As everyone else says an awful practice. But by the look of it they don't care as no reviews replied to. What is the point of the review system if nothing is done to improve it? When you can get an appointment who you see is usually helpful (not always) The Reception staff however are unhelpful and most of the time rude. I have been hung up on several times. I was told an appointment I made was pointless as they couldnt help me.

  3. Review titled Worst GP ever

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Cristina - Posted on 28 December 2022

Since I moved here it is very difficult to make an appointment, this is the 4 day that I try to make an appointment and I couldn’t. Every time I call I stay 1h at the phone and when I reach them they said that aren’t any appointments available. Worst Gp ever! I don’t recommend! I will gonna change straight away tomorrow this is unacceptable!

  5. Review titled Repeat prescription

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Antony Bratt - Posted on 05 July 2022

Asked pharmacy in bilston for repeating prescription on Friday 1st July (am). Went to collect on 5th July (pm) and the doctors have not even sent the prescription yet. Been waiting over a year for them to get me a scan on my shoulder..Total waste of time

  6. Review titled No appointments as GP's not in attendance - home workers

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 02 August 2022

It is impossible to get a face to face GP appointment at this practice - GP's are ' working from home' due to Covid. A poor service - it took 70 minutes to get a receptionist to answer the telephone. I cannot recommend this practice on my experience ( and mask wearing is not enforced by staff even though it is requested)

  7. Review titled terrible practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

Never pick up on calls always 5 or more staff sitting about in the background, say there is a staff shortage why the most talked about surgery on the planet for bad service nobody gives this place any good remarks is there anybody out there who would disagree to this comment other than the people who work there?

  8. Review titled Ridiculous call times

Rated 1 star out of 5

    by Claire W - Posted on 01 June 2022

Currently on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes. 30 minutes of that I’ve been caller number 1. Is there really any justification for holding for such a long time?! Surely staffing is no longer affected as it was during COVID, as the hold message states? The doctors themselves have always been brilliant in my experience, but this reception service is farcical.

  9. Review titled Disorganised

Rated 2 stars out of 5

We were moved to this practice when our own practice closed during covid in 2020. I’ve had one very good experience when ill which I’m thankful for. However, of late been messed around massively trying to get paperwork when my father passed away and also when trying to get medical report for son joining the Police. The left hand really doesn’t know what the right is doing. Promises made and broken, lack of communication between inexperienced office staff. I am fed up of trying to explain their actions are as a result of covid. If my levels of customer service were this bad I’d be reprimanded. I can understand (mostly) the long waits when on phone and being cut off when on hold, as GP’s are short staffed, but not the need for frequent visits in person needed to sort routine admin processes. Very disappointing.
