Hello, today I had an appointment with Dr at Barmston, and I I am so grateful to have been heard, validated and made to feel completely supported. This is the best experience I have ever had at the doctor's, I just wanted to share how grateful I am for that. Also, the smear appointment I had recently was also completely stress free, I've never known anything like it, for an appointment I always dread, it was perfect. Your reception staff are also exceptional! Thank you so much, you're all amazing!

Thank you for being the "Voice of Reason". When I received my "horrible" letter, I did feel like ignoring it all and not going through with things. I am glad you told me to go ahead with the procedure. Speaking to you and knowing I had your support made all the difference. I am now of the other side so to speak. Thank you

Just want to say how helpful one of your team members has been. She was polite and couldn't have helped enough. it was refreshing to speak to a surgery member of staff who was not only politer and professional but also happy to help. In this day and age people are quick to criticise but not as quick to highlight excellent service. She is a credit to your surgery.
