Having been at another practice for 36 yrs locally I didn't know how good it could be . Following a move to the area I registered my family at Arden . The stress of seeing the Gp for myself or my children quite simply no longer exists! All staff are professional and pleasant , systems seem to be good - so booking anything routine has been really simple . Advice or next steps has been clearly communicated and / or followed up promptly. I'm so happy we moved

I've been under the care of lots of different GPs and never received the amazing service I have since joining here. Every time I've had to visit or call they have been sympathetic, understanding, provided practical, knowledgeable advice and left me feeling much better! Not only that but two members of staff also followed up with me by phone, completely un prompted, just to check in. The reception staff are also really lovely. Can't recommend it enough!

My wife and I have been looked after by this practice for the last 15 years and we have nothing but praise for the personal GP dedication and professional attention to detail by all other members of staff. During the last three years, which has been challenging, the care has been faultless. Today, 23rd December at 4.00pm I received a call to attend surgery for an ECG at short notice following results of a blood test. An incredible response letting me relax over the Christmas period. Thank you for caring for two 80+ patients so well.

I arranged a visit to Arden Surgery this morning and within 3 hours I had a blood sample taken, an ECG and a meeting with a Doctor. The outcome of this was that before the end of the day I had a visit to a cardiology specialist and an x ray booked. Everyone from the Doctor to the nurse, receptionist and secretary was so helpful and did everything they could to help me get processed as quickly as possible in advance of my forthcoming holiday. They went the extra mile and far exceeded my expectations. Very well done to all concerned!

It is easy to make an appointment to speak to a Dr. Doctors are efficient, sympathetic and proactive in sorting out problems. My family are so very grateful for the care received. Support staff are also excellent.
