Called in morning got call back lunchtime got appointment in the afternoon saw a good doctor who was very thorough

Asked for a follow up call back and for it on time today. Dr rang and took the time to explain all my results taking each one in turn and giving an explanation of those that were outside normal. One needed follow up and he explained what and when and how. I asked a question and he took good time to answer. He is really excellent and example to some others. Thank you very much

I have been seen by several doctors and nurses at this practice and they have all been efficient, professional and caring despite the time constraints. My most recent experience was particularly good.

Fast response fir Doctor appointment for a 3year old boy Doctor checked child thoroughly and prescribed the relevant medication. Very pleased with the visit.

I received a practical consultation with the aims of both diagnosing the condition and addressing the issues through appropriate referrals. The doctor decided clear actions that were relevant to my condition and communicated in a vert courteous and friendly manner.

Following a visit to A & E the doctor suggested contacting my gp to arrange a referral. I used the Patch system to relay my request and was phoned that morning by the GP who saw me that same afternoon and subsequently made the referral required.

I was able to get instant care from the GP. The doctor was very friendly and clarified all my doubts with patience. It was a very smooth and good experience. I can't thank the doctor enough as he called me in on the same day of me requesting a check up. Thank you.

The doctor was excellent. Really listened to me and understood what my symptoms were. Explained everything about what he was testing for and what further tests needed so I really understood. Only difficulty is getting through in the morning to have a consultation which can be very frustrating

If you have online access through the NHS app or Patient access you can book your own appointments alternative you can submit a PATCHS request which you can access on our web site.
