The doctors at this practice took me seriously, believed what I was saying to them and fought hard to refer me urgently to the hospital on two occasions. I felt like I was really being heard and that there was genuine care for my well-being. The doctors also tried their best to accommodate my work schedule on a few occasions. My only issue with this practice is that there doesn’t seem to be any advance doctors appointments available for booking. The 8am and 2pm telephone times make it very difficult to work around a 8-4 job (especially given the time spent on hold). Receptionists are as accommodating as they can be though, and also show care when you ring them up. They leave a note to ensure that the doctors call you after a certain time if you are in a meeting - very considerate. Thanks you!

My family and I have been with AMP for over 20 years. All of the Staff, Doctors and Nurses are friendly and helpful, the standard of service is second to none and they provide an extremely efficient service. Many times I have needed an emergency appointment and will either receive a call or be seen the same day. We are so very fortunate to be with Altrincham Medical Practice and would highly recommend them. Thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses and Reception who do a wonderful job.

Staff are approachable, helpful, attentive and informative. Telephone booking system is a little arduous - 30 mins on the phone - but this was followed by a same day consultation, which is excellent.

The visit and follow up calls were both informative and extremely helpful in controlling my diabetes. I really felt that I was receiving excellent advice and a total understanding of my issues. The explanation and prescription was tremendous and made me feel at ease. The professionalisation together with an excellent ‘bedside manner’ was very very helpful. I really cannot praise enough.
