Had to move to this practice last year due to work commitments, it was a bumpy start but after initial hiccups everything has been brilliant. Receptionists are helpful and do get back to you when they say! Recently run out meds which was my fault, expected that I needed to take time off work to go in but I didn't. I was sent a questionnaire to complete, given a motnhs supply and then will be contacted again next week. Understand it wokldnt work in every situation but as time and technology is changing I appreciate the way I was dealt with as suits me. Definitely 10/10 experience. Well done guys!!! 👏
