I have been registered with this GP since moving to the area in 2016. I can comfortably say that every Dr i have met has always gone above and beyond to support me and my family. I have always received compassionate ans timely support no matter what issue i had/or experienced at the time. I know I can always rely on my GP to deliver safe and effective clinical advise and i have always been left reassured and listened to. I cannot recommend this GP enough. keep up the good work.

My recent experience with the practice was absolutely excellent. All staff members were so kind and responded to my queries and dealt with my situation swiftly. I'm very grateful for all the work they do at this practice.

The system to speak with a doctor is very slow. It takes a couple of days to talk with a doctor. Often one is told to go to the practice for matters that can easily be dealt with on the phone, such as renew prescriptions. At the clinic one is told they have to call, in order to speak with a doctor, which is bizarre. On several occasions the receptionists were rude and unhelpful - they didn't even try to understand your needs. I would advise against using this practice, especially in an emergency.

Dear patient, I'm sorry that you have experienced difficulties in access and that you felt that the service you experienced was unhelpful. As a practice we offer a telephone consultation with a doctor in mornings and afternoons every day of the working week. This is usually within an hour. We occasionally have to cap demand towards the end of the afternoons and mornings for routine calls to allow us to catch up, see patients face to face, attend clinical meetings and deal with administrative tasks, but we are always available for urgent and emergency queries at any time we are open. We follow guidance that has been recommended in not accepting prescription requests over the phone to minimize the risks of misunderstanding and inadvertent error. You can always discuss any issue related to prescriptions with our clinical pharmacist or one of the doctors and they will be able to explain the different options available for ordering a prescription, many of which do not require a visit to the practice. If you wish to discuss any of these matters further please contact the practice to allow us to address these issues with you. Dr Phillip Bennett-Richards GP

Totally unreliable practice. I am struggling for months to have access in my online medical records, I have been declined my repeated prescription for no reason. Such a pain to deal with this practice, absolute unefficient. I wouldn't recommend for the wasted time and the stressed caused out of nowhere.

It may be outside the scope of the practice itself, but we will do our very best to help to attempt to untangle any issues you may have been having and try to ensure this doesn't happen for you and others in future. I requested a repeat prescription online. The practice texted back immediately to say I was due a medication review and should contact them. I rang reception to ask about the review. A doctor called me back within 2 hours, discussed my health, asked me to come in for a blood test and organised my immediate medication needs in the meantime. I have an appointment for the test in a few days when it’s convenient for me. Brilliant service.

I've been with the GP since 2016, this is one of the best GPs I've ever had. Staff are friendly and helpful, easy to book appointments with them especially since COVID when most consultations are done via phone call and usually I get an appointment within half an hour of making the request. Also easy to schedule tests with them. Couldn't recommend more. Sad I'm moving, wouldn't want to leave this GP
