This practice is abysmal. All telephone appointments seem to be with different doctors every single time. Barely ever face to face. The appointments system is so outdated, slow and sometimes impossible to obtain. I spent one hour on hold from 8am to be told that they had half a clinic and no availability! Recommended I call back tomorrow?! Shockingly poor. 100% do not sign up even if convinient.

It’s frustrating that my GP don’t give any appointments for future dates or any convenient dates which I need, they keep advising to ring on the day u need the appointment either 8 am if u need in the morning and 1pm if u need in the after noon which is never possible. I personally think it’s such a rubbish system. The line is always busy even if u start trying from 7:55 they only answer the call around 8:30 ish jus to tell us that all appointments are gone for the day call back in the afternoon & the same story repeats. This seriously needs some improvisation.
