    My mum suffers with horrendous anxiety and can get her words very mixed up and talks very fast this is just how she communicates. After being told she would be rang twice about a prescription, the day after she still hadn’t heard therefore called back and tried to explain herself. The receptionist was very rude saying she couldn’t get a word in edgeways!!! My mum kindly explained she suffers with severe anxiety and apologised to which the receptionist wanted to speak to myself (her daughter) about the situation which I thought was uncalled for. My mum is most upset especially after being referred to as snappy and the receptionist couldn’t get a word in edgeways! Please don’t let this happen again!!

    Rang the surgery to arrange an appointment for my father, phonecall received from the GP within half an hour and an appointment made with the Community Nurse for the following day. Extremely appreciative of such a prompt, professional service. Thank you to all.
