Following a consultation with Pharmacist who felt my symptoms were that of a UTI. As I am over 70 he was unable to prescribe ,so l needed to contact GP. The receptionist was very empathic and arranged for an urgent phone consultation. Later that afternoon l had a thorough and comforting consultation. The treatment plan explained following a check on my blood profile and health history. This was reassuring that GP was aware of my medical history, that , a Pharmacist would not have access to. I feel my history is safe with my GP and would not want the Pharmacy services to access all my previous medical history.

My family have been with practise for many years. All of us cant praise everyone enough especially through covid. Yes all surgery's need more doctors nurses cut down waiting times. Everyone here goes above and beyond, call you back quickly. Gets advise asap from a doctor where ever possible. They are best surgery ever, cant praise them enough. Well done everyone and all receptionists.

The HCA was not enthusiastic about what she was doing. She did not explain about the process and did not keep me informed what I should do whilst the ECG machine was running. She should make sure that she fully explains that one has to try to stay still without any movement. What's more, it is better to tell the patient that "everything is done and you can go home" rather than going straight onto computer and not saying anything else. It is seen as unprofessional and rude. Explain clearly and make sure the patient is comfortable next time. I think she needs further training with her communication.

Absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a GP. My doctor made me feel so safe, and so comfortable. Answered all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking in the first place. Brilliant practice and brilliant staff!

I can honestly say this is the best experience with a GP practice I have had. The admin staff are lovely and I have always felt genuinely cared for and reassured that every doctor has always listened and been very thorough with their checks. I have had follow up appointments where necessary and I have never felt overlooked. I would definitely recommend this practice!
