That nishma is a horrible lady dont have your appointment with her out first time meeting very very rude towards my son who is 14 her attitude was terrible being very rude to my son .

Today was second time going this dentist I needed my top denture fitted today they added a tooth today went in I have anxiety and the dentist always talks calmly to me

I needed an emergency appointment and the practice fitted me in same day. The dentist listened carefully to my description of my symptoms, took an X-ray and explained what he thought the problem was. He then took action straight away to resolve the problem. He also said to return if I have any recurrence. Great fast service after several days toothache!

The Dentists are very professional and very open minded also ready to give you the best service and treatment.the staff very helpful and kind and beautiful ladies ready to help you with your appointment.

Due to reasons beyond my control I was due to have a treatment at the establishment but there was some change of plans. I went back to the practice and explained to the receptionist what happened; someone got in contact with me to get the details of the account. From since the 17th day of November up to today i haven't received the refund into my account and the persons am speaking to at the reception desk are not as helpful.They told me the refund was done and i needed to contact my bank. My bank said nothing came to my account from the dentist and i should have them to check over the details which they are refusing. The bank ask me to get proof of payment so they can look into the situation;they are now saying i have to wait again for i don't know how long. I just needs this to get over and done with as soon as possible without anymore distress to myself or anyone else. I paid in cash by right i should receive my money back in cash. All this going around in circles; back and forth needs to stop. I would like my money back ASAP. Thank you

I was recomended by a former client to use this practice.waiting room is spacious and very clean.Reception,frendily and understanding.Dentist and assistant very proffesional.The higene very good, excellent.

Horrible care, they damage your teeth and then neglect you and don’t fix the damage they did. I ignored the one star reviews before signing up and getting work done at this clinic. I had a cavity filling done for £229. After the work was complete (Friday morning on 3 June), I could immediately sense there was something off with the bite. The dentist reassured me that it’s fine and it’s the effect of the jaw being open for too long. By the time the anasthesia wore off in the afternoon, I could feel the pain from the misaligned bite. I contacted the clinic and raised my concerns. They told me it’s normal to feel pain. The next morning (Saturday) I contacted them again explaining the pain, discomfort and inability to chew. They told me to wait two weeks for “things to settle”. I had to contact them multiple times to get them to take me seriously. Eventually they offered me an appointment for Monday end of day, then I had to insist on sooner and they offered me Monday morning. By Sunday I couldn’t tolerate the pain, and booked an emergency appointment at a different clinic, where they immediately relieved my pain by simply polishing some of the filling. I sent an email to report the incident, and they were just defensive and didn’t acknowledge any shortcoming on their part or the attempt to improve the advice they give patients. Once they get the money they don’t care about any damage they do as a result of the “treatment”. It’s 15 July and I’m still in pain and dealing with the damage done from that one filling.

Initial impression as I approached the practice was bright, modern and accessible. The staff at reception were polite, friendly and very helpful. The dentist and assistant were welcoming, clear and informative about the dental process.
