    The dentist was very rude. They had the wrong name on the system and she kept saying there’s something wrong. I had already told her I was an anxious patient. She made me go out to the receptionist to ask them to change it to the correct person. She took offence when she saw on my record I prefer the other dentist. She shouted at me I see 80-100 patients one less will make no difference to me. Very rude and heavy handed.

    I had great difficulty understanding the ladies accent, she had to carry out running repairs twice during my visit as was having problems with the equipment. On a side note, I was disappointed to see the beautiful fish tank was gone and really surprised to see that you’ve also removed the water dispenser.

    They fitted me in at short notice due to a toothache. Went in on time and was fully explained what the problem was, prescribed med.

    I was seen promptly. Had a good examination and conversation with the dentist. I had good advice and was prescribed medication for a problem. Overall excellent visit

    Excellent service, needed a replacement filling as the old one had dropped out which was only done around 3 months ago, phoned to say I would be late as the traffic was horrendous being Dec:22nd, but Fiona went out of her way to fit me in 30 minutes later than my appointment original time, also no charge which made it even better.

    I visited Wootton dental today to see if they could do anything about my broken tooth, which was sharp and catching my lip. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful. The dentist actually filled the gap at the time so I didn’t have to go back after the inspection. I always get good treatment there whenever I go.

    Did not get informed my hygienist appointment was cancelled until I arrived. The dentist did the hygienist part of the appointment as well as the densitry and as a result it was very rushed. I got charged for a private hygienist and yet didn’t even get my teeth polished. £100 for 15 mins total feels like daylight robbery

    The cost is now unbelievably expensive! In this cost of living climate I cannot believe how much you are now charging for a hygenist appointment which has risen so much in the past few years.
