This used to be a nice and welcoming surgery but since the new management it has gone downhill rapidly. Myself and and another elderly patient were waiting to be seen as the dentist seemed to be running late. Meanwhile, we could hear the staff members cursing and shouting regarding this delay and we both felt very uncomfortable listening to their conversation as it was very loud but they did not seem to be concerned. After my appointment I was advised that my treatment would need to be private even though I have been an NHS patient for years. Very disappointed and shall not be returning unfortunately

Outstanding care by the Dentist today. He was extremely professional and removed my problematic tooth . I am extremely grateful and thankful for the excellent care from my Dentist today !
