How they adapted to someone in a wheelchair however the route into the surgery was difficult the surgery isn't very wheelchair friendly

The lady dentist was lovely. She was very patient with me because I’m a very nervous patient. And the assistant was lovely to outstanding service.

With no further treatment required, descaling was done straightaway with no need for a second visit as had happened previously.

I was seen very quickly as i am experiencing a lot of pain due to an infected tooth. They have treated me and dealt with the problem by Prescribed medication.

Treatment fine. People lovely. Timekeeping abysmal. I arrived 15 minutes early but wasn't seen until more than 30 minutes after my appointment time.

The receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and friendly, the dentist as always was also welcoming, professional and friendly, all of which made feel welcome and at ease.

The dentist was very careful and made sure to ask me if I was ok during the procedure. She gave lots of good advice on how to care for my teeth afterwards and Im glad with the outcome!

The friendly, professionalism of the dentist, dental nurse and receptionist. The receptionist today has always been friendly and extremely helpful in all the time i've been coming to the practice.
