6 monthly/yearly reminder to book an appointment arrives in the in-box. Great receptionists - willing to help as much as possible. Professional dentist - knows his stuff. Clean environment and short waiting time upon arrival.

Relaxing welcome at reception. Updated waiting area. Timely appointment. Flexible approach in booking ongoing visit. Only disappointment: No easy entrance for disabled patients.

Was seen within 24hrs after reporting that a tooth had broken and was in discomfort. Following an X-ray was issued a presciption as there was infection in the lower gum.

I was able to transfer to this practice after my previous dentist 'got rid' of his NHS patients. The level of care I've received had been first class, and they have diagnosed and treated a serious issue that was not brought to my attention by my previous dentist. I feel very lucky to have been taken on by Heaton Mersey Dental as an NHS patient for both the standard of their treatment and customer care, and I highly recommend them.

I was seen 10 minutes early. The dentist is always keen to give advice about good dental hygiene and what is happening with my teeth.

This was my first appointment after having several recommendations about the dentist and overall service. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff upon arrival. The dentist and her assistant were both absolutely lovely throughout my time there. I had a check up , X-rays a large filling and scaling of my teeth all done in one visit. Amazing to get everything done together. I thank you all for the excellent service/s you are providing. I highly recommend this practice

On time with appointment. Friendly and helpful. Able to help with financial payment by splitting into 2 as the cost of dental treatment is so expensive now… they were lovely.
