A professional visit from start to finish. A warm welcome from the reception staff right through to the wonderful dentist and nurse. Such care and attention makes the whole experience a lot less worrying. Well done to all of you.

I have been a patient at the Brighter Smile Dental Practice for 1 year now and cannot thank my dentist enough. He is caring and considerate and very gentle when performing dental procedures i e fillings etc, making you feel completely at ease. I have just had an NHS check up and filling and the standard of work was excellent ! The staff at the practice are all friendly and helpful too.

All staff are efficient and dentists tell you possible outcome of treatment. The engagement with you on treatment shows respect and they care.

This is such an amazing dental practice. I recently had to visit as I had broken my tooth. Called that day for an appointment and the wonderful receptionist found me an appointment within 24hrs. Wasn’t expecting to be seen so soon so I was very appreciative of this. The dentist ‘patched up’ my tooth so was able to be more comfortable until I was able to book a longer appointment for the tooth to be fixed. The dentist I saw (in one of the upstairs rooms) is absolutely wonderful as is his dental nurse. Both of them very reassuring and putting me at ease as I’m a nervous patient! Thank you for being such a lovely practice.

Had broken one of my teeth over the weekend and had to contact the Dental Practice today. Explained the situation to a very helpful receptionist and was given a same day appointment which was great as I was not expecting this after a bank holiday weekend. The Dentist and his assistant were very efficient and friendly in stabilising the tooth and explaining the treatment I would need to have. I used to be quite nervous of visiting Dentists in the past but since being with this Practice (especially with this team) I have felt reassured whenever I have visited. Thanks to all staff.

Terrified of going to dentist..have been for a very long time. Not anymore thanks to the staff and the dentist himself. Made me feel relaxed. Let me know what was happening every step of the way.

Today I called my dentist as I had developed a gum infection while recovering at home from some (unrelated ) surgery. She told me to send a photo to the email address she just text me and she would show it to the dentist. I asked If they can email prescriptions. She needed a secure email address. I described where the chemist I usually use is located and she googled it, called them and sent the prescription that had now been raised. She called me back to say she has spoken to the chemist and they have the prescription and are currently filling it!! This was all in the space of 2 hours. I could not believe the effort she went to. It really made my day.

I would highly recommend this practice. All the staff and dentists are wonderful. Very friendly reception staff always very helpful and accommodating to requests. Great practice if you’re a nervous patient like myself as the dentist always makes you feel at ease!
