Rang about 12 times a day for 5 days and no answer. Have left voicemails but again no answer. Awful!

Been ringing for hours, nobody picking up the calls. It just keeps saying busy. I really think they need to put you in queue I prefer that.

I've been with this dental practice since I was a child (a long time!). I've just had my 4th appointment running (along with my childrens appointments) cancelled and have tried to rebook with no luck - they do not answer the phone. I've tried to contact them over 40 times today alone, with not one call being answered! My appointment should have been February, which was postponed to March, then May. Rebooked again to July, which has also just been cancelled. Would not recommend at all - find another surgery!!

Rang at 8.20am told to go and sit and wait at 9am, just checked in didn't even sit in waiting room was called through to see dentist, x rays and fractured back bottom tooth extracted and left by 9.20am Cant fault service like that *****

I have been with this practice for many years. Sadly the service is not as good. Very difficult to get through by phone, over a week of ringing I only got the answer machine. As a lot of reviews are the same its about time the practice took notice. As a fellow NHS worker I am fed up of everything being blamed on covid! we have to learn to live with it and get back to normal.
