Went in for routine filling treatment and cleaning. The experience was completely pain free due to very good professional dentists and assistant staff, who discuss the treatment and plan with you before and throughout. Any questions I had about the process were answered well and the treatment was completed in a timely manner with followup care discussed. I highly recommend this practice.

Sadly, I had to leave this practice to join one closer to home. My new dentist asked me to obtain previous records/X-rays so I contacted St Mary’s to make this request. The office team were fabulous - polite, friendly and professional. They forwarded my records within a day of my formal request, despite being very busy. Thank you St Mary’s!

Phoned in the morning and was seen in the afternoon on the same day.Was in considerable pain the cause of which proved to be a cracked tooth;an abcess and an infection.Had to have the tooth and root completely removed which involved some drilling!The whole procedure was pain free thanks to the expertise of my regular dentist who I have been registered with since I lived formerley in Sudbury and (luckily)followed him to Ely.Faultless display all round!

I just want to express my opinion on the service my four year old daughter received. Firstly, in my opinion, this dentist practice is not a great place for young children to receive treatment. The dentist was rude and rushed. My four year old received treatment which made her gag. I said 'Do you have something incase she is sick' the dentist rudely replied 'she's not allowed to do that in here!' The whole appointment lasted five minutes. I will be writing a formal complaint and will not be recommending this practice.

What great service & lovely people!! Managed to fit me (not one of their patients) in same day for a broken tooth & patched me up until I am able to get an appointment with my regular dentist.
