I was given an appointment of 8.50. I had two messages reminding me of my appointment for 9am so assumed the practice had changed my time. I turned up at 8.50 only to be told I was late???? When I queried the two messages that said 9am I was told they came from main office and practice does not start until 9 even though they give you appointments for before 9am. So I then showed them my diary which said 8.50 and was told that was wrong even though I wrote it down as she said it. So had to reschedule my appointment. Not happy as I was on my appointed time. I am disabled and had to get up at 7am to make my appointment.

I have always found the staff polite and caring. One problem is no parking facilities. I am disabled and have a bit of a walk from where I can park. But that is my only complaint. Everything else is fine.

First tooth extraction. Dentist explained each step. He was clear, calm and professional. I’m a nervous patient so he was very reassuring. Everything done with no problem or pain. Good explanation about after care too. Can out feeling relaxed!!!
