The Dentist completed a complicated root canal explaining everything that she was doing. I felt relaxed for the whole procedure.

Each time I have attended the dentist over the past four or five years the dentist has been consistently running late. I was seen today 32 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. I work full time and having to wait for 32 minutes after my appointment time is frustrating and unprofessional … I wonder how I would be treated if I attended half an hour later than my appointment?!

had a repeat appointment with a dentist ive not met before , she was very good made me feel relaxed ,explained everyhting and did an excellant job

The Reception Staff are friendly as this was the chiropodist. She was efficient as I had a corn last time. She said it was only hard skin today and she shaved it out. My feet feel much more relaxed now! I can't talk very well and I had to get my daughter or my neighbour to confirm the appointment. The reception staff seem fine with that.

This practice is clean, professional and inviting. Although small, they have a lot to offer. Very happy with the service.

I have always feared the Dentist However I have visited the practice a number of times over the years and have to say that the staff are Fantastic the expertise is amazing and I have no fear in their capable hands of being in any pain . I know that the work they do as a team reception staff , dental nurses and the dentist always have my dental needs paramount. The dental reception and surgery are pristine and overall I actually don't have any more fear of dentists!! Yaaa Thankyou to the lovely staff and the dentist for giving me the confidence to visit regularly and instead of when needs must and I'm in pain Thankyou to the A Team

This practice is great, the staff are very professional and made me feel at ease. I always find it easy to book an appointment quickly when needed.

I went to the wrong branch it was my fault. But their staff sounds extremely unhelpful by just saying I would lose 80£ deposit. Attitude , they don’t bother as they only care about policy. Thanks
