I started my treatment in 2023 at the Richmond Terrace practice Ihad 7 top teeth extracted, had the impression made for my full denture made while I still had my 2 front teeth in, had them extracted, and temporary dentures fited, told to return in 6 months, returned on 21/5/24 had to pay for a routine check up, only to be told I have to pay another level 3 nhs band, so I walked out, as I had already paid over £300 pound! Why? Receptionists rude and abrupt, toilets filthy. I had the find an NHS practice as I could not afford private , only to find it Private! Do not attend this practise, unless you are claiming benefits

I attempted to register with this dentist but they refused to take on NHS patients despite the NHS website stating that they are. Recommended becoming a private patient instead where I'd have to pay £60 just for the check up. Bearing in mind, I won't have any equipment or treatment done due to having a horrible phobia of dentists.

The reception team was very accommodating in finding an appointment to visit my schedule, the late evenings really helped me.

came to the dentist and was met by a warm welcome by the reception staff who were very helpful with filling in the forms. dentist was lovely and explained my treatment fully. highly recommend this dental practice

Went to the dentist rang to explain we were stuck in lots of traffic and not moving much just as we arrived had a call to say as I was 7 minutes late and the dentist had lot's of people waiting I wouldn't be seen (there was know one there) I was told l couldn't be seen for over a month told the lady that wasn't convenient to be told l could go at 8pm l told her that wasn't convenient to be given half 7 which that wasn't convenient I wasn't getting anywhere so left feeling very sad a cross if I hadn't rang and explained I was stuck in traffic I could understand not being seen (a 20 minute trip took 45 minutes to get there) l have been using this dentist for about 20 years I have only been late once before and again stuck in traffic but was 30 minutes late and was still seen

I came to this practice for an emergency appointment, I was so happy with the service that I have signed up as a patient here, thank you to the reception team for fitting me in so quicky.
