Been with this dentist for numerous years now, I am on universal credit and I need a clean up doing from the hygienist. My dentist has never put me to the hygienist via nhs band treatment. Numerous times I have paid 70 pound whilst in reciept of uc, when I should have been charged under a band service this has never happened costing me hundreds of pounds in total when i am on a low income. My last visit to the dentist I was asking about having a scale and polish done they told me cause I have no plaque build up I would have to see the hygienist privately and pay 73 pounds for a single visit. The next day I'm contacted via email about the hygienist cause I haven't had a clean up for a while, revive has made good money from charging me private prices when I should be able to get a clean up and treatment done via my nhs dentist under a band service you are not giving me that option. Because you put money before your patients care I will be raising a complaint about being charged for services I should only be paying under a band treatment. Until I can find a new dentist which is like a needle in a haystack I refuse to pay you a single penny more for my dental care. I think its outrageous if I didn't look after my teeth I would then be allowed to get a clean up but because I look after my teeth I have to pay 73 pounds as a private hygienist visit. Don't even deserve one star. Money grabbers.

The hygienist was friendly and professional and whilst a hygienist appointment is never enjoyable she made it as painless as possible which was appreciated. Her assistant was also friendly and professional

Such a nice dentist, alays telling you what he is doing, this really helps for someone who has a fear of dentist. Couldn't recommed enough...

The 2 girls on reception weren’t very welcoming at all, felt like it was a chore for them to speak to customers. The actual dentist was very nice and professional. Appointment was on time too which was great.

I have not been to the dentist for a long time and was very anxious and apprehensive . I was in a lot of pain so went tonight. The dentist and her assistant were so understanding and supportive. They really took time to make sure I was relaxed, and talked me through the whole process. The procedure was painless. Several times I was asked if I was OK. This really has relaxed me about going to the dentist again. I would really recommend this practice .

I went for my 6 monthly check up and as usual I was treated very well I had a problem with my pallet, from which a small amount was removed which made it more comfortable but if it was not correct to return for a little more to be removed.
