Actual service was great but did not appreciate a voicemail being left on my phone stating I owed them money (tone was very much implied that this was purposely) even though I was still receiving treatment and had not had the last session yet. I know of other patients this has also happened to.

I had a root canal done, the dentist wasn't convinced if the tooth can be saved, however he did his best and I still have the tooth. Very professional and no pain whatsoever ?. Brilliant.

Advise on specific areas to concentrate brushing and floss on, for my gum disease ; spotting gum receding n stating. possible cause .....

Overall a good experience. Had a small wait, can’t understand the need to fill in forms at reception on the day when I did them all on line prior to my appointment.

The dentist was very helpful and knew the amount of pain i must have been going through. Excellent advise and way forward as i was put on antibiotics for the infection and a referral for the tooth removal done.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable, they explained everything to me which I appreciated as I’ve had dentists in the past who don’t communicate very well.

I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, which is the 3rd time I’ve had to wait when I’ve arrived for my appointment.
