I have been a patient at this practice for 15 years, with the same dentist since 2010. I cannot recommend this practice enough, the staff are all very friendly and efficient with reminders when due a check up and appointments. But what I like most is my dentist is honest and always gives me options to solve my dental needs. There is never any pressure to explore the most expensive option or to undertake cosmetic dentistry. A true hidden gem.

Friendly staff and it was lovely and clean and the dentist explaining everything and making sure you understood and asking if I had any questions.

Good positive experience from start to finish. Receptionist always warm friendly and welcoming. My dentist is brilliant. Explains the whole procedure. Friendly and professional and must say my visits to the dentist are always a good experience. Always relaxed and never anxious about anything. The whole team are great ?

Following awkward, for you not me, root canal treatment a crown has now been fitted. No pain, no irritation, can't recommend highly enough.

As always very professional, from the moment you enter you are greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable. As always the whole team experience is very calming always polite, friendly and professional and dare i say it but despite the fact like many others whom dread a trip to the Dentist it is a pleasure as always to attend this Dental practice.

Popped into dentist to book an appointment for a broken Tooth , got seen straight away , he was my dentist so knows I’m a very nervous patient , totally fantastic making sure I was ok all threw the procedures , had a funny turn when sat back up due to inner ear probs , they looked after me didn’t let me leave the room till I was no longer dizzy

I booked an appointment for a check up at Premier Dental care as I had not been seen for a while. I had previously had some work done on a broken tooth here so cam back for a check up. I didn't wait more than 5 mins to be seen and my appointment was done within another 10 mins. everything was explained and shown to me so I understood and the service was great. everyone is really firendly and helpful here, I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have attended Premier Dental Care a few times now. Have always found the whole procedure to be totally professional while at the same time being considerate of my nervousness in the dental chair. Never had to wait very long and the whole appointment was always handled efficiently. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Have total confidence in my dentist. No reason to go anywhere else.

My review is based on my first appointment with my toddler and I. I recently had a really bad experience with another dentist which has left my mouth in a bit of a state (another story but action being taken). I was so anxious coming here and had no idea what to expect-we are NHS and have previously received discriminatory practice from last place. Well I needn't have spent all week grinding my teeth with anxiety. We were treated respectfully and compassionately from the moment we walked in. The waiting room had teeth related colouring at a table for little ones (it's the small things lol), access to water and comfortable. The appointment, the dental nurse and assistant were brilliant with my LB warm and friendly. They did a thorough examination and he was happy to come away with stickers. My appointment -they spent a good 40 mins examining,talking and taking x-rays. I requested some x-rays for my case against previous dentist and they were emailed to me right away. A dental care plan has been made to help get me oral health back in the right direction. I literally could have cried and restrained myself from hugging the dentist. Based on our first appointment here I highly recommend! I feel really positive about returning and the help that I Will get .
