As always the ladies were very considerate that I'm a nervous patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I received an excellent teeth clean and polish and further advice for keeping my teeth in good condition. The service at Parkhouse dental practice is excellent and I offer many thanks to the wonderful staff.

The dentist who saw me (located downastairs near entrance door) waa really patronising and when she asked if i wanted to clean my and i said yes, she didn't tell me how she was going to do it. During the process she used the drill machine and drilled into my gums making it bleed and really painful. Even after then she was carrying on being patronising and triggered my anxiety.

Bit frustrated at first with 30 minutes wait. However the the treatment was very good. Not sure about being charged for a scrape and polish, I’m sure this used to be FOC, certainly not £59. Seems really, really expensive. Only took 10 mins top, but paid for a 20 mins appointment. Feels great though ?

The service is good but having to wait almost 25 minutes after your appointment time makes people angry and fuming it needs to be addressed

The professionalism of the staff was excellent, the dentist hygienist explained the full procedure, it’s always nice to have a great experience when going to the dentist, thank you

What can I say, The hygienist is the best! She was very professional and caring, I felt like a new person! The practice has done a great thing taking on a hygienist as good as her.

I walked in the dentist anxious and just walked out feeling great! My dentist and their assistant made me feel at ease within 30 seconds of sitting in the chair. The communication was amazing and now feel like I can go to the dentist without the nerves. Thank you so much!

Cancellation again. No respect for patients or what they have to do to get to a dental appointment. Explained to the manager I have arranged cover for my job so I could get to the appointment. Who will cover my costs. They have 13 days to get someone in to continue the service they are suppose to provide. Offered another appointment as if this is totally normal for them.
