I found my Dentist to be very informative, polite and helpful; providing me with relevant information to help me deal with my condition. I felt that time was taken to take good care of my teeth and went away very happy with the treatment that I received. All staff at the practise (reception and nurses) were professional, polite and I was greeted by each with a smile!

The dentist was absolutely brilliant with my very nervous nine year old, who had to have a filling. He showed what the drill and air would feel like on the hand before going anywhere near the mouth. He also explained what he was going to do before he did it. Absolutely fantastic!

I think the dentist is quite new to the practice and I hope they stay, very calm, explains everything well and gives all of the options (do nothing, have nhs treatment or private). I have total confidence in his person which is a nice feeling when you sit down in a dentists chair!

Son has problems with coming to the Dentist, hasn't been for a few years, but because of his problems they kept him on as a patient. Extremely grateful, Manager extremely kind and understanding of his situation. Had a tooth extraction today, dentist very helpful. Best Dentist I have ever been too. Highly recommend.

Oliver's Battery dental practice was smart, clean and welcoming. Very efficient on reception. minimal waiting time to be seen. Dentist and nurse team v approachable and calming for a nervous dental patient! Excellent visit all round. Thanks :)

I had a fear of dentists and needed extensive work. The professionals at this practice are amazing - everything is explained in a professional and caring manner. Treatment is efficient and effective. Most importantly for me, they have helped me overcome my fear.

The practice is operating a new Saturday service. This worked well for me and my two small children. The receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were all friendly and helpful.

From the moment you walk through the door the team create a environment that is calm, reassuring and welcoming. The reception team are wonderful and nothing is to much trouble. I visited yesterday and had a new dentist so was a little anxious, absolutely no need to be. He instantly put me at my ease. I had a little work done which was all explained to me before and my questions answered. I left happy and can honestly say thst this Dental Practice has changed how I feel about going to the Dentist I am no longer anxious and have full confidence in them. Thank you

The team at Oliver's Battery are fantastic. Polite and very efficient reception team, and warm and gentle dentists. My young child recently had a tooth extracted and the dentist did a great job engaging him beforehand. He was respectful of his feelings as he went through the procedure. Going to the dentist is not a scary experience at this practice. Thank you.

Had to have a tooth extracted this morning. The Dentist kept me informed throughout the procedure which for me helps. It was all done in just under half an hour. Would highly recommend this practise and the Dentist who has been looking after me since Covid.
