i went in for emergency treatment a tooth that has broken off to below the gum with a cavity through to the bone excruiating pain but since there was no abscess they decided not to do a full check up on on my teeth till the middle of july 2024 and then it will be more appointments to get this tooth removed.this was a complete waste of my time and money and travel expences.

I recently had a a crown fitted by my Tebbutts Road Dentist. It was carefully and expertly fitted. The Dentist was caring and the procedure was painless. Great service from the Tebbutts Road Surgery. Thank you.

It was my sons first check up and honestly the two women that gave him a check up done an amazing job. They interacted with him very well and was ever so kind:) I’d definitely recommend this dentist.

Very efficient and professional service for my cracked tooth repair. No queuing or waiting around, straight in and the staff were very friendly and helpful, tooth repaired and I was away. The tooth repair feels great and I have no complaints.

Due to the pandemic I have deliberately not booked in for a check-up, as the dentists have recommended throughout the pandemic, to allow for those who need urgent dental care to be seen. So I rang today to book in for a check up, now cases have settled and dentists are opening back up, and this practice have unknowingly removed me from their system without a letter or email to inform me of this. So I am now left without a dentist having had no notice that this would occur. Profit over patients

Good Morning Thank you for your comments and for taking the time to leave them and we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our practice. We are afraid that this is common practice. After a certain length of time a patient’s registration expires and the dentist is no longer obliged to see that patient. Due to the waiting list for NHS dentists being extremely long in some areas it is only fair that a practice can register a new patient when possible and this also applies to patients who cancel or fail to attend numerous appointments. We do hope that you have managed to register at another practice but should you not have been able to do so if you go onto the NHS Choices website and 'search for a dentist' and enter your postcode it will show you the practices in your area that are currently taking on new patients. Always have a great experience - everyone is so caring and always take the time to make sure I’m comfortable including giving me injections to numb the pain at the hygienist
