Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The reception was bright, clean and spacious. I would recommend this dentist to anyone as I already have done.

New dentist for me after 6 yrs with previous dentist very good replacement good at building patient confidence in him and the practice reception staff very helpful and understanding

Clean, efficient and welcoming . Treatment started within 15 minutes of appointment time . Greatly impressed by reception and sensitive treatment . Also witnessed a slightly distressed elderly patient being cared for by entire staff - the professional ethic was obvious . The waiting area is large with no crowding and immaculately clean . The reception staff are all well trained and efficient. When the patient’s turn comes up they are politely called and personally taken to the treatment room which is Also an immaculately clean and welcoming space . The dentist’s qualifications are taken for granted and the dental nurses have always been efficient and pleasant. I have never had reason to question or in any way complain about the treatment and leave fully confidant that my teeth are in good hands . A first class professional service !

In all my years attending dental appointments I have had a share of bad to not so good experiences with my dental care. For the first in years I have been treated with the outmost care and I feel seen at last my experiences in the past with Dental issues and visiting my dentist always fail short, this time I can be confident to talk about my experience without questioning the level of care I received. I feel in the past I did not receive the right information and level of care (eg) I had a lot of teeth removed which I believe could have been served. I feel the attention to detail was not really done because every time I had an appointment the Dentist only had few seconds to look at the teeth and the appointment was over. I have too many teeth removed that I now have issues with chewing because of gaps in my mouth. Of course I now have to look for funds so that I can have new teeth fitted. The dentist this time took time to listen to my views and how he could help save my tooth as I couldn’t loose the latest tooth for the sake of my eating. The dentist was able to examine the tooth and saw the damage of the tooth he felt the agony I was under and the many missing teeth my mouth had. He took time to explain to me how the tooth has widened and would need a lot of filters to close it off completely. And to my amazement he was able to fix the tooth I did not even feel any pain. The same tooth had been filled before by my previous dentist who recommended that I had the tooth removed as it was not going to be able to with stand for long, but I insisted that he saved it as I was already finding it difficult to chew having already been told that my teeth were too damaged to repair and one of the appointment the filling was put in so bad that I couldn’t bite my teeth together the filling was so uneven that it gave me constant pain and headaches until I called the dentist back to complain about the pain. I was seen and the filling was removed and replaced and I was given pain medicine to ease the pressure and pain I was having. I truly feel this has been the only time in a long time that my dental needs were meant, talking from experiences I have had in the past with my dental care and i believe this latest tooth problem was the worst of all the bad teeth I have had but the dentist has somehow managed to repair it that I don’t even feel any discomfort or pain when chewing or brushing my teeth. I would really recommend this dentist to my family and friends, he was so professional and took care every step of the way with explaining was he was going to do and if I was comfortable always reassuring me and asking questions, he had really made my daily living better now I don’t have to worry about swallowing food without chewing I can’t even feel the filling it feels like the original tooth has been replaced that’s how much the job well done he did. I believe some times the level of care is rashed hence the outcomes of some procedures lucking the best results.

I had an appointment with the hygienist. The hygienist and her assistant were both very friendly and professional. They created a relaxed and comfortable environment and gave excellent follow up advice after my treatment. I had the airflow clean which was excellent! The receptionist was equally as friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I have been with this practice for many years, and have always found them to be great, from the Reception people to the dental nurses and of course the dentists. Would recommend them to anyone, from personal and grateful experience. I look forward to many more years with this practice!!
