I came for a tooth extraction, the dentist and the nurses were lovely however the receptionists were extremely rude. They were even ruder when I was struggling to talk after my tooth extraction particularly whilst dealing with the pain and dizziness from the operation. They also ignored me whilst not answering my questions properly.

I have been a Patient at My Dentist for at least 8 year. The practice in Poole provides excellent service through its helpful and efficient reception staff and professional and understanding Dentists ( Bartek). I would recommend this practice without hesitation

Very pleased with the dentist . Extremely friendly and very professional . Managed to overcome my Daughters fear of the dentist and the work done on my tooth was completely painless and made to look and feel very easy which as explained by the dentist is exactly how it should be .

I had problems getting a dentist for several years. Finally got registered with My dentist Poole and could not be happier! Reception staff friendly and helpful with any questions. I saw a lovely lady dentist down stairs because I'm disabled, I prepared for the needles with a relaxation therapy taught to me by my physio team. Yet the dentist was so gentle I felt very little then 3 teeth extracted again no pain. Full instructions for aftercare till next appointment. I need afew appointments, every question from what was next being done to correct my teeth and give me my smile back, how long between appointments, just so I can make sure no physio or prosthetic appointments cross! The dentist worked with me not other way round. Mydentist Poole really care for you!

Told i had to pay £100 in advance for emergency appointment with no treatment, hardly an emergency when the earliest appointment was in 4 weeks time. Take it or leave it attitude, they make so much money and with so much demand they dont need to worry about customer service. I feel sorry for the people who cant afford their high prices, theres going to be a lot of rotten teeth in the future.
