    As dentist go , my experience with my dentist was excellent very professional and friendly , I vas worried but the staff made me feel very confortable

    Very courteous and friendly reception. The Dentist saw me within 5 minutes of my appointment time. My Dentist was friendly and very gentle. My procedure was executed efficiently and I left in good spirits.

    I have only been coming here for the last 18 months, but they are amazing. The receptionists are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The clinicians are professional, confident and experienced. The whole place has a happy atmosphere, and on top of all of that they are great with children as well! I cannot recommend more highly. The only tricky issues are parking (although I’ve not had a problem so far) and the waiting area and rooms aren’t spacious so could be difficult with pushchairs or wheelchairs. After having a couple of bad experiences at other dentists in the area (not answering phones, unhelpful with booking appointments) I’m so glad to have found this one.

    Quickly signed on as patient. Friendly initial review of my teeth with helpful advice for continued dental care. All staff were very friendly. No hesitation in recommending this practice.

    Been struggling to get to a dentist for many years. When I saw they had spaces for new patients, they was very quick to get me in. The staff was very friendly, explained everything simply, and it was done so quick. You always get nervous about going to the dentist but they put any nerves at ease

    I was extremely relieved to find a dentist that was still accepting NHS patients after the practice I had been with for many years went private. I went for my first appointment for a check up the other day. All the staff were very friendly and kind, and I was given good advice regarding my ongoing care. I was also given an appointment for my next check up in six months time. The only problem I had was parking, but eventually managed to find a space in a side road. However, there is probably not much the practice would be able to do about that.

    My family have been registered with this practice for many years and, despite the stress put on dentistry by Covid lockdowns, I am so impressed by the standard of care here which is as good as ever. We attended for checkups yesterday and saw a new dentist and dental nurse who were both very friendly and approachable. Communication was clear and thorough. With NHS registrations becoming a rare luxury, I am eternally grateful that we are patients here.

    This practice is staffed by friendly approachable staff who take care of the clients with consideration and courtesy. The practises clean and well equipped, the dental work on offer, I feel comprehensive. There are however some treatments that run out very costly even for NHS patients. This I feel moves my desire to vist on a more regular basis into the reluctant box

    Called ‘my dentist’ epsom in Surrey yesterday and spoke to receptionist I asked for a NHS appointment for my 16 year who has been registered at this practice since she was a toddler in fact my whole family are registered here, however I was told that unfortunately they could not see her as she hadn’t had an appointment for sometime and was no longer registered with them and they where full to there capacity to be able to take anymore nhs patients but then when on to say that she could have a private appointment the next day for a fee of £80! This would be just a check up! But let’s just remember what I was told ‘we are full to our capacity? ‘ I find this very disappointing as after lock down, you would think it was a good idea to only go to the dentist when one had to leaving space for people that really needed the appointments, however it seems I’m wrong I should have booked a pointless appointment to save her nhs space. I think this is outrageous I asked to speak to the manageress. It turned out The person I was talking to was the manageress and there was nothing she could do about the situation because it was nhs policy! (a policy changed only recently so She says) So I politely asked if she had sent me notification ie: letter/ email regarding the changes and explaining my daughter could loose her nhs registration, out of care of course being good professional practice, which I was promptly told ‘they didn’t have to do that’ I’m sure if I treated my clients in this way my business wouldn’t last five minutes, however I’m not a dentist and I don’t take my clients for granted

    Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our practice. Due to our current NHS appointment availability we are unfortunately not able to offer appointments to everyone who contacts the practice, and this can include patients who have previously attended. We are only able to offer appointments subject to capacity. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations. We will always offer patients this option as an alternative, so our patients can make an informed choice on their dental care. Kind regards {my}dentist
