    Rather upset to be honest. felt treatment was hurried, plus the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. After treatment concluded I could not rinse my mouth with fresh water, nor was it volunteered. When I asked - told "sink not working" handed paper towels instead! Surely, as a busy operational practice it's imperative to have a functioning sink. When I asked a question regarding my treatment, again, the response was cold and quite abrupt. Awful experience. I left feeling very unhappy and insulted.
