I've been coming to this dentist for years. At first it was because it was the only dentist in Mansfield that would take on adult NHS patients and I used to dread coming. However since COVID, it has come on leaps and bounds and now I'd definitely recommend to anyone

Very helpful experience and put two very nervous patients at ease quickly. Reassuring and explained all treatments needed in a caring, non judgemental way

Booked in with normal dentist waited an hour after my appointment time to be told by receptionist I should have gone in not the person she had just called in. Over heard receptionist talking saying dentist had called a private patient in over me can only assume it’s because of money. Receptionist was great and got another dentist to see me who was also great and I am now booked in with him in the future. I think it is disgusting how I was treated by my original dentist and also over heard the receptionists saying they won’t book her any more private after what she had done. She has clearly done this before to other patients

Looking at some of the reviews I was a bit put off about coming here but honestly just ignore them. All the staff at Market Place cannot do enough for you especially the reception staff who are always friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all my family and friends never had such a good experience at the dentist! the practice is so clean and you can tell the staff really care as they kept going around cleaning the waiting room as I was waiting for my appointment.

Visited for a family appointment and the dentist was very patient with my children. It was my 2 year olds first experience in the dentist chair and he loved it, especially the ride in the chair! Also with my daughter who hasn't had the best experience in the past with other surgeries due to her having a strong gag reflex. Both the dentist and assistant were patient and reassuring throughout treatment for a cracked tooth. All in all a positive experience for us all.
