I easily got an emergency appointment the receptionist was lovely. Dentist was fantastic when I attended my appointment.

The hygienist and the dental nurse both tried to keep me calm and relaxed whilst having the treatment

After explaining I am a recent transplant patient the dentist didn't confirm which medications I take some of which can directly affect the gum health. I also mentioned my areas of concerned and they were not given additional attention. She then proceeded with a 90 second examination of my teeth. I find it hard to believe you can carry out a full and thorough examine in the short time scale. I feel this examination was rushed and definitely not complete. The dentist seemed more concerned in selling me products. I have been a patient at the practice since it opened and witnessed the slow decline of professional standards.

Thorough and polite. Bit of a pain inly having Wednesday as the only treatment day as I have to take 5 more days off work!

. . . man! the dentist administrated the anaesthetic with very little pain and then, listen carefully, and then she did the filling and 2 out of the 3 filling I did even know she’d filled’em in - man! She is good!

This is an excellent practice ... all the staff are really pleasant and informative ... I am a very nervous patient but am made to feel comfortable and reassured

The dentist explained everything in detail & was friendly & efficient. She understood that the issues with my teeth are historic & not of my own making which has not always been the case with previous dentists.

Was taken through as 2 mins after I arrived (10-15 mins early for my appt) New dentist who was absolutely lovely and also thorough. Also explained everything in excellent detail. Best dentist yet!

Dentist reacting to my notes relating to recent anxiety and adapting the check-up to suit. Discussion around flossing etc with advise on correct sizing for back teeth.
