But many times they cancelled my appointments. Doctors are good. Receptionist are good. Treatment is also good

Been with this Practice for around 4 years now. The Practice Manager is extremely helpful and my dentist is superb! He has an excellent manner and makes me feel completely at ease - even enjoyed a joke whilst waiting on anaesthetic to take effect! Poor guy is really busy as (Nov 22) he was the only dentist in the practice.

After 3 previously cancelled appointments at extremely short notice my 8am appointment was cancelled at 8am after I’d paid for taxi to get there!! Went in to ask for explanation and met by 3 extremely rude and unhelpful reception staff who told me to phone in for another appointment???? I was stood in front of 3 staff and they were asking me to go away and phone in, what a joke! Eventually got appointment for following Thursday which again was cancelled 3 hours later!! 5 cancelled appointments in the space of one month absolutely disgusting as ongoing treatment required following March visit after nearly a year trying to get appointment!!! Sent lengthy email which has not been acknowledged let alone any form of apology or explanation!!!!! All dental governing associations have been informed about this awful practice!!!
