Fitted me in as an emergency, very kind,helpfull staff and did treatment straight away .Also explained it all as they did it. Very good and very pleased.

Four months from call to check-up then 4 months before necessary treatment. NHS patients 1 day per week Triage laughable; only private patients stand a chance. May be a great practice if you pay but my NHS experience is cursory not caring

Reception were very clear on the phone about how the emergency appointment system worked. I was seen the same day and treatment was provided. Excellent service

First time being treated as an NHS patient since you went private and service was shocking. Waited 9 months for appointment (the whole of my pregnancy) then, during appointment I told them I had pain and they found a degrading filling, so I was told I needed a new one and to make appointment at reception, to which I was told march. Absolutely shocking!! During appointment they didn’t do what they normal do during a routine appointment. Whether the practise likes it or not, during pregnancy and one year after I am entitled to NHS care, and I should receive the same treatment as previously had.

The entire staff were understanding,friendly and the dentist and the nurse helped to keep me calm im a very nervous patient and i actually went through with the treatment

The dentist is amazing, he explains everything and is so patient with the kids, I feel so lucky that all my children are on his patient lists as I would want them to go anywhere else.
